The steam locomotive was built in 1925 by the firm Orenstein and Koppel in Drewitz and delivered to OLR where the pressure test took place and 3. 2. 1926 a police examination and the engine was named”Horno II”. The engine was bought along with the Henschel 20615/1925 engine by the Hornooravská priemyselná společnosť (Upper–Orava Industrial Company) which operated the OLR on leasing. She operated here until 1952 when she was exchanged for ČKD 2135/1946 on the ČHR (Čierny Hron Logging Railway). Soon after, in 1954, in frame of unification of engines of the ČHR she was exchanged for ČKD 2610/1948 to Žarnovica.
