The steam locomotive was built in 1916 for the Magyar Bank Árvai Közbirtokosságy Urádalom and at the same year she was supplied to the OLR for the forest management in Lokca, where she was marked as No 1. Along with the 4282/1916 engine of the same type, she was the first engines of the line. This four axletree engine had the first and fourth axeltree of the system Klein-Linder, thanks to which it had excellent traction qualities on the curving line.At the end of the 1960s she was stabled already at Zákamenné, as a source of spare parts only.
